Mandy Cartrite has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Panhandle Builders Assoc. for the past 21 years. She served one year as the TPBA President and is also a member of the Texas Assoc. of Builders and National Assoc. of Builders and has served on various committees at the state level over the years. She feels she is a friendly, hands-on-builder who works hard to insure her customers are totally satisfied.
