Parade Etiquette

Please be respectful of these homes and the belongings in them.

  • Please use provided shoe coverings when entering the home.
  • Please do not sit on the furniture, touch walls, and handle loose items.
  • Children should be with you at all times.
  • No strollers please.
  • Please do not turn on faucets or showers.
  • Please do not use home plumbing.
  • Do not bring food or drink into the homes.
  • Food or refrigerator items should not be eaten handled.
  • Please follow ticket policy; children 12 years and older need a ticket.
  • Proof of ticket purchases must be shown as you enter each home; please have your
    digital or printed tickets readily available upon entry.
  • Homes are open from 5 pm to 8 pm on Thursday and Friday, and from 1pm to 5pm
    on Saturday & Sunday. Please visit homes within those hours
  • Please do not bring large bags into the homes.
  • If a room is roped off, please stay outside that area.
  • Kindly obey all Safety guidelines while on private property.

 

We also ask that you be considerate of the neighbors surrounding the featured homes.

  • Please observe ‘No Parking’ signs.
  • Be considerate of existing homeowners and do not park in front of driveways.
  • Please do not turn around in neighboring driveways.
  • Be respectful to not walk on private property.
